What you’ll do
Participate in a 24-month rotational program across affordable housing functional areas
Support acquisitions, portfolio management, and asset management activities
Engage with communities and support community engagement initiatives
Assist with construction management and property management operations
Manage and own tasks both independently and as part of a team
Gain hands-on experience across Related Affordable's regional offices
What you’ll need
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree with expected graduation in Spring 2027
Passion for real estate and affordable housing with a strong entrepreneurial mindset and work ethic
Excellent quantitative and analytical skills with expertise in Excel
Exceptional time management, prioritization, and attention to detail
Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work in groups and independently, with willingness to work in a Related Affordable regional office on a rotational basis
