DealHub.ai is hiring a Senior Account Manager to build and expand strategic relationships with enterprise customers, driving retention and growth through executive engagement and cross-functional collaboration.
What you’ll do
Own executive relationship strategy across a portfolio of accounts
Partner cross-functionally to deepen engagement and drive retention
Identify and drive expansion and growth opportunities within existing accounts
Develop and execute strategic account plans
Manage multiple strategic accounts in a fast-paced environment
What you’ll need
7+ years in Account Management, Enterprise Account Management, Customer Success or similar B2B SaaS role
Strong executive presence and credibility with senior decision-makers
Strong business acumen and understanding of customer strategy
Experience in negotiation, influencing, and relationship management
Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
