Seeking a senior Python Full Stack Engineer to build and support Python services and REST APIs for the EDGE V4 Calculation Engine, translating building science formulas into tested software and supporting production operations.
What you’ll do
Build and support Python services and REST APIs
Translate building science formulas and rules into tested software
Integrate calculation capabilities with the application
Support performance, documentation, deployment, and production operations
What you’ll need
Minimum 8 years of professional Python development experience
Strong proficiency in modern Python, object-oriented design, and modular architecture
Hands-on experience developing REST APIs using FastAPI or equivalent
Strong knowledge of SQL and PostgreSQL including data modeling and optimization
Experience with Pydantic, PyTest, caching, and configuration management
Experience with Microsoft Azure services and CI/CD pipelines
