About the role
CrowdStrike seeks a senior partner development leader to drive revenue through Federal System Integrator partnerships, owning strategic relationships and accelerating joint go-to-market initiatives to embed CrowdStrike's cybersecurity platform in partner offerings.
What you’ll do
Own strategic relationships with Federal System Integrators and drive pipeline growth.
Develop and execute joint business plans aligned to CrowdStrike priorities.
Embed CrowdStrike into partner sales motions and offerings.
Identify and accelerate partner-led opportunities throughout federal sales lifecycle.
Drive joint go-to-market campaigns and executive business reviews.
Maintain pipeline forecasting and establish KPIs for partner influence.
What you’ll need
5+ years in strategic alliances, enterprise sales, or partner development in cybersecurity, cloud, or enterprise software.
Proven experience using AI technologies to improve decision-making and workflows.
Demonstrated success managing large Federal System Integrator partnerships.
Strong understanding of Federal procurement, capture strategies, and the FSI ecosystem.
Ability to influence complex sales cycles across sales, capture, delivery, and executive stakeholders.
Excellent executive presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
