About the role
Weave is seeking a Senior Product Operations Manager to drive operational effectiveness across its product development organization, partnering with Product, Engineering, and Design teams. The role focuses on roadmap planning, cross-functional execution, scalable operating practices, and data-driven insights.
What you’ll do
Improve operational effectiveness of the product development organization
Partner with Product, Engineering, and Design on roadmap planning and cross-functional initiatives
Drive execution visibility across teams
Design and scale operational processes and ways of working
Translate data into actionable insights for product and engineering leaders
Identify and resolve organizational friction and execution risks
What you’ll need
8+ years in Product Operations, Technical Program Management, Product Management, Engineering, or related SaaS/tech discipline
Experience supporting annual and quarterly roadmap planning across large product and engineering organizations
Track record delivering complex product initiatives across multiple teams
Technical fluency with Linear, Jira, and analytics platforms
Knowledge of modern software development practices and lifecycles
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder influence skills
