Manage multiple requisitions and develop sourcing strategies
Drive decisions with data, market insights, and process improvements
Proven ability to recruit across technical and nontechnical functions
Track record of managing multiple requisitions and delivering results with minimal oversight
Experience in ambiguous, fast-paced environments with strong prioritization and stakeholder management
Deep knowledge of recruiting technology; Ashby preferred
