Stellantis is looking for a senior software engineer to join its Remote Vehicle Management team, leading development of connected-vehicle data collection applications and their cloud infrastructure from design through launch while mentoring junior engineers.
What you’ll do
Lead end-to-end delivery of connected-vehicle data collection features
Make design decisions across vehicle and cloud systems
Develop and support connected-vehicle data collection applications and cloud infrastructure
Resolve launch and field issues
Mentor junior engineers
What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, electrical engineering, software engineering or related field
Minimum of 8 years of software development experience with hands-on coding in Java, C/C++, Python or similar language
Several years working on automotive, connected vehicle or telematics systems
Experience leading technical projects through delivery, including planning, estimating, managing dependencies and meeting fixed launch dates
Experience designing and running cloud services in production, preferably on AWS
Working understanding of how vehicle data moves from ECUs and the vehicle network up to the cloud
