What you’ll need
8+ years of product or business analysis experience
4+ years as Technical Product Owner for a customer-facing enterprise SaaS portal
Experience with B2B self-service, licensing, entitlements, and subscription/renewal lifecycle
Strong Agile/Scrum, story writing, and release planning skills
Working knowledge of REST or GraphQL APIs, data mapping, and event-driven integrations
Familiarity with SAML, OIDC, OAuth 2.0, IAM, and RBAC
