What you’ll do
Own pilot implementations of operational solutions
Work directly with customers to deploy, adapt, and validate solutions in the field
Lead pilot execution and resolve deployment challenges
Capture customer and operational insights
Help translate successful pilots into broader implementations
Coordinate across product, engineering, and/or design teams
What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Management, or a related field
5–8 years of experience in operations, program delivery, solutions engineering, consulting, or related fields within DoD or similarly complex environments
Experience working directly with customers or end users and building trust across stakeholder levels
Proven ability to translate operational challenges into actionable solutions
Experience coordinating cross-functional teams in complex environments
U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain and maintain a Secret-level security clearance
