3+ years of hands-on backend experience in Go, Java, C++, or Python
2+ years building on AWS or equivalent cloud platforms

Experience with event-driven systems, RESTful/WebSocket APIs, and SQL/NoSQL databases
Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, monitoring tools, and testing frameworks
