About the role
Rho is hiring a weekend contractor to support onboarding compliance reviews, documentation, due diligence, and adherence to U.S. banking regulations for its modern banking platform.
What you’ll do
Support weekend onboarding compliance reviews
Assist with compliance documentation
Conduct due diligence
Ensure adherence to U.S. banking regulations and internal policies
Work independently on weekends to meet required service levels
What you’ll need
At least 6 months of experience in compliance, finance, banking, or customer service
Basic understanding of BSA/AML or related banking/fintech regulations
Exceptional attention to detail, strong organization, and proactive problem-solving
Ability to work independently on weekends and meet required service levels
Clear written and verbal communication skills
In progress or completed associate/bachelor's degree in finance, business, or related field preferred
