Kiewit is looking for a Talent Development & Communications Specialist to support learning, communications, and engagement across its Supply Network by developing content and coordinating training events.
What you’ll do
Support learning, communications, employee engagement, and change management
Develop learning and communication content
Coordinate training and employee events
Partner with leaders and subject matter experts on organizational initiatives
What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Organizational Development, HR, Education, Business Administration, or related field
3+ years of experience in talent development, instructional design, organizational communications, change management, or related field
Experience developing learning programs and communications for in-person, virtual, or digital audiences
Experience coordinating training, events, workshops, or leadership meetings
Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools (SharePoint, Teams, Viva Engage, PowerPoint, Forms, Copilot)
Experience with learning technologies, e-learning, multimedia tools, and LMS administration
