About the role

What you’ll do
Lead functional solution design for Oracle Cloud CX implementation
Drive migration of service operations from Oracle EBS CRM to Oracle Cloud CX
Manage Oracle Field Service and Depot Repair functional delivery
Lead integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud and REST APIs
Support CRP, SIT, UAT, cutover, and go-live activities
Work closely with business stakeholders and technical development teams
What you’ll need
Hands-on Oracle Cloud implementation experience with Oracle CX and Oracle Field Service
Deep functional expertise in Field Service and Depot Repair business processes
Experience delivering Depot Repair requirements within an Oracle Cloud solution
Experience with Oracle EBS CRM / Service / Depot Repair to Oracle Cloud migration
Experience leading full implementation lifecycles including design, configuration, CRP, SIT, UAT, cutover, and go-live
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
