About the role
This Principal Consultant role leads independent assessments of enterprise engineering organizations to evaluate their readiness for AI-agent-driven software delivery. What you’ll do
Lead independent assessments of enterprise engineering organizations’ readiness to scale AI-agent-driven software delivery
Evaluate technical, organizational, security, and compliance capabilities
Deliver evidence-based recommendations to senior technology stakeholders
Advise senior technology executives, including CTOs and VPs of Engineering
Recommend improvements to engineering operating models, organizational structures, and delivery practices
What you’ll need
12+ years of experience in software engineering, including enterprise-scale architecture and solution design
Hands-on knowledge of AI-assisted software development and agent-based engineering workflows
Experience leading enterprise technology assessments, architecture reviews, or engineering capability evaluations
Working knowledge of DORA software delivery metrics and engineering performance measurement
Experience in regulated industries, particularly financial services, banking, or payments
Demonstrated experience advising senior technology executives, including CTOs and VPs of Engineering
