About the role

What you’ll do
Lead end-to-end delivery of Plan & Strategy – PPSD & AI Drafting initiative
Ensure predictable releases and backlog flow
Manage dependencies, risks, defects, and stakeholder expectations
Track AI adoption, review effort, and AI-related rework
Enforce human review of AI-generated work before merge or release
Use Azure DevOps dashboards and reporting
What you’ll need
8–10+ years overall experience with 3+ years leading Agile teams
Experience managing distributed teams of 5–10 across time zones
At least 1 year leading AI-tool delivery
Strong Scrum/Kanban and delivery metrics knowledge with Azure DevOps
Experience with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot) for reporting
Experience in procurement, public-sector, and PPSD initiatives
