What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field or equivalent work experience
Two to four years of HR experience
Proficiency with Microsoft Office software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams)
Knowledge of HR best practices, especially employee relations, and federal, state, and local laws
Working knowledge of HR disciplines including employee relations, organizational diagnosis, performance management, recruitment, compensation, and benefits
Experience with HRIS and payroll platforms; PRISM and PEO experience preferred; HR certifications preferred
