What you’ll do
Maintain project controls and documentation for assigned data center projects
Track decisions, actions, and risks; escalate issues as needed
Support owner-side construction coordination and reporting
Ensure turnover readiness for project closeout
Manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment
Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders on-site
What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
0–4 years of construction, project engineering, or project controls experience; owner/operator or developer exposure preferred
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and disciplined documentation approach
Familiarity with Procore or equivalent project management systems and Microsoft Office Suite
Experience or coursework related to data center or mission-critical facilities
Effective communicator with collaborative, problem-solving mindset
Fleet Data Centers designs, builds, and operates mega-scale data center campuses.
