ABSC seeks a DevOps Platform Engineer and Linux Systems Administrator to operate and maintain a Kubernetes-based application platform supporting DIA-NDOC’s D3P modernization. The role focuses on keeping a production big-data pipeline reliable, secure, scalable, and mission-ready.
What you’ll do
Operate and maintain a Kubernetes-based application platform
Support shared platform services
Ensure the production big-data pipeline is reliable, secure, and scalable
Prepare the platform for mission use
Troubleshoot Linux systems and platform services
Create and maintain technical documentation
What you’ll need
Active TS/SCI clearance with ability to obtain and maintain a CI polygraph
Bachelor's degree plus four years of relevant experience, or master's plus two years, or equivalent experience
Current DoD 8140 IAT Level II or higher certification such as Security+ CE or CySA+
Hands-on Kubernetes administration and operations experience
Experience with Helm or comparable Kubernetes package/configuration management
Linux command-line administration and troubleshooting experience
