What you’ll need
4+ years in portfolio or asset management, structured finance, or capital markets operations
Direct exposure to residential transition loans, HELOCs, RMBS, or warehouse-financed loan portfolios
Ability to interpret and apply governing agreements, servicing agreements, and financing documents
Proficiency in Excel, SQL, Python, Tableau, and financial modeling
Excellent written communication for reporting across counterparties
High attention to detail and comfort verifying claims against source documents
