About the role

What you’ll do
Maintain and enhance the ServiceNow platform
Perform platform configuration and technical support
Administer security and optimize platform performance
Develop custom workflows, scripts, and system integrations
Implement and maintain automated processes and workflows
Provide user training and create technical documentation
What you’ll need
US Citizenship required
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related discipline
At least 5 years of experience in IT support, system administration, or a related technical field
Minimum 3 years of ServiceNow ITSM experience in a development or consulting role
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and Certified Application Developer
ITIL Foundation certification and experience in Agile environments with Microsoft Azure DevOps
