About the role
Fnality seeks a senior IT Support Engineer to provide hands-on technical support to US and global colleagues, manage endpoint and workplace technology, and help build a future Windows and Intune environment. Eligible to work in the US
5+ years in IT support, desktop engineering, or endpoint engineering
Strong support experience with macOS and Windows 10/11
Practical experience with Jamf Pro and Apple device management
Strong experience with Microsoft Intune and modern Windows endpoint management
Good knowledge of Microsoft 365, Microsoft Entra ID, and endpoint security
