What you’ll need
2-5 years at a bank in Treasury Management Operations or commercial client interfacing
Experience with ACH, Wires, Positive Pay, and Remote Deposit Capture setup and training
CRM experience for tracking tickets/workflow
Familiarity with treasury admin systems such as Fiserv, Q2, Salesforce or comparable platforms
Working knowledge of NACHA requirements
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication
