About the role

What you’ll need
12+ years in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Corporate Development, or Management Consulting
Hands-on end-to-end M&A deal execution experience including valuation, financial modeling, diligence, negotiation, and closing
Track record of managing multiple complex deals from inception through post-close integration
Strong analytical rigor and sound business judgment
Builder mindset comfortable turning ambiguity into repeatable processes
Prior Technology industry experience required
