What you’ll need
5+ years of experience in enterprise IT strategy, integration, or transformation with a strong focus on Oracle Fusion HCM
3+ years at a manager or senior-lead level
Experience leading strategic planning for workforce or people technology initiatives
Proven involvement in M&A technology support including HCM due diligence and integration planning
Strong stakeholder engagement and influence with HR and technology teams
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analysis, or related field strongly preferred
