Groq is hiring a Senior Revenue Accountant to manage revenue recognition, cloud hosting revenue, and data center leasing accounting while partnering with cross-functional teams and supporting close, reporting, and audit activities.
What you’ll do
Manage revenue recognition and related accounting processes
Partner with Sales, Legal, Finance, and FP&A
Support monthly close activities
Perform technical accounting research
Support financial reporting
Ensure audit and internal-controls compliance
What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
3-5+ years of progressive accounting experience with direct revenue accounting experience
Strong working knowledge of ASC 606 and ASC 842
Solid understanding of US GAAP beyond revenue-specific standards
Hands-on experience with NetSuite and Salesforce
Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, lookups, and waterfall modeling
