About the role

What you’ll do

• Lead new customers through iSolved implementations, configuring policies, employee data, payroll, and HR business processes
• Assess client needs, plan project work, and manage multiple projects to meet deliverables and launch dates
• Create and manage project plans and teams to ensure customer requirements are met
• Partner with other teams to deliver integrated implementation solutions
• Prepare customers for post-implementation self-sufficiency by delivering iSolved system training
• Mentor junior team members and support their ongoing development

What you’ll need

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, information systems, accounting, or related field or equivalent experience
• Four or more years in HCM, payroll, HRIS, software implementation, consulting, or client-facing role
• Experience leading full-cycle software implementations including discovery, configuration, testing, and go-live
• Working knowledge of payroll, time and attendance, benefits, HR administration, and related processes
• Ability to manage multiple customer projects, priorities, and deadlines with limited supervision
• Ability to handle confidential employee and customer information with discretion
