What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Industrial Engineering, Business, or equivalent experience
10+ years in manufacturing, supply chain, demand/production planning, PMC, procurement, order management, or project coordination
End-to-end process knowledge from customer forecast to delivery
Experience leading cross-functional teams
Familiarity with PSI, S&OP, MRP, inventory management, and scheduling
Fluent Chinese and effective English communication
