About the role
Citi seeks an AI Strategic Partnerships Lead to drive enterprise AI strategy through external technology partnerships, from scouting and evaluation to production scaling, within the Head of AI Organization.
What you’ll do
Execute enterprise AI strategy through external technology partnerships
Scout and evaluate AI solutions
Lead partnerships from proof of concept through production
Align business units and governance teams to deliver measurable value
What you’ll need
10+ years' experience in technology strategic partnerships, AI product management, or technology delivery in top-tier financial institutions, or prior corporate venture capital, innovation labs, accelerators, or high-growth AI startups
Demonstrated expertise executing partnership lifecycles including scouting, technical evaluations, commercial structuring, PoC execution, and scaling third-party software into enterprise production
Strong background in AI Product Management or Generative AI Engineering with working knowledge of LLMs, RAG architectures, agentic frameworks, fine-tuning, and model evaluation metrics
Exceptional ability to synthesize complex technical, commercial, and operational findings into actionable executive recommendations
Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience
