About the role
Booz Allen Hamilton seeks an Agile Coach and Release Train Engineer to support mission-focused systems engineering by driving Agile Release Train execution, PI planning, risk and dependency management, and Lean-Agile transformation. The role coaches leaders and teams and promotes DevSecOps and delivery automation practices.
What you’ll do
Drive Agile Release Train execution
Facilitate Program Increment Planning
Manage risks and dependencies across teams
Coach and mentor leaders and teams in Lean-Agile practices
Advance DevSecOps and delivery automation practices
Lead discussions with executives, system architects, product managers, and team leads
What you’ll need
3+ years of experience with Systems Engineering or SDLC, enterprise Agile delivery tools, and multi-team Agile execution
Experience operating as an RTE or Lead Coach, facilitating PI Planning, tracking ART metrics, and managing ROAM risks and dependencies
Experience coaching technology leaders through enterprise Agile transformation
Active TS/SCI clearance
Associate's degree and 5+ years, Bachelor's and 3+, or Master's and 1+ years supporting IT projects
Ability to obtain IAM Level I certification within 30 days and Agile certification such as SAFe RTE, SAFe SPC, PMI-ACP, or PMP
