5-7+ years of software or solution engineering experience, with 1+ years architecting/deploying AI/ML/Agentic solutions
Client-side project lead experience in large IT, ERP, or AI implementations
Design and end-to-end implementation of complex multi-agent systems
Proficiency in JavaScript, Python, TypeScript, and secure scalable production code
Deep expertise in systems integration and data architecture
Experience with prompt engineering, model optimization, RAG systems, and vector databases
