About the role
Kinective is hiring a remote Principal Product Manager to lead FI Solutions & Platform Strategy, using deep community financial-institution insight to drive cross-product platform strategy, AI adoption, and go-to-market alignment. What you’ll do
Bring financial-institution insight to product validation
Drive cross-product platform strategy and coherence
Lead AI solution adoption across the platform
Align go-to-market strategy with platform capabilities
Translate complex FI operations into crisp product direction
Define success and build credibility with community FI executives
What you’ll need
VP-level experience at a community bank, credit union, or regional financial institution OR 5+ years in software product management for fintech/enterprise SaaS
Direct, hands-on experience working with community FI clients as a peer
Deep familiarity with community FI challenges: data fragmentation, AI adoption, consolidation, fraud, lean teams
Systems thinking across modules, integrations, and platform ecosystems
Technical fluency with APIs, data schemas, and integration architecture
Communication clarity and influence without authority; comfort with ambiguity
