About the role
Fidelity Bank & Trust is seeking a technology intern to support internal IT operations by setting up and troubleshooting hardware, tracking assets, and assisting staff. This onsite role also helps with technology rollouts and branch installations in a community bank environment.
What you’ll do
Deploy, set up, and troubleshoot computer hardware and devices

What you’ll need
Pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
Experience with computer hardware required
Basic understanding of computer components and networking fundamentals
Strong customer service mindset and communication skills
Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented with high integrity
Experience with Microsoft Office suite and Active Directory is preferred
