About the role
ServiceNow seeks a Senior Director of Product Creative Direction to define and evolve the visual language of its enterprise software portfolio, leading a product design team and partnering across design systems, engineering, and product management to create cohesive, accessible, and AI-enhanced product experiences.
What you’ll do
Define and champion a differentiated visual direction for the product portfolio
Translate the visual language into scalable foundations, components, and patterns with Design Systems
Lead AI-enabled creative exploration and adoption across product design
Provide creative direction and critique for priority cross-product initiatives
Partner with Brand, Marketing, Accessibility, and Engineering to align product and company expression
Lead, develop, and attract visual, motion, and multidisciplinary design talent
What you’ll need
12+ years in product design, visual design, or creative direction with significant leadership experience
Portfolio demonstrating exceptional visual craft and creative leadership in shipped products
Experience defining or evolving a visual language across a complex multi-product software portfolio
Deep understanding of design systems, design tokens, and design-code relationships
Experience adopting AI-enabled creative tools and workflows at scale
Expert command of typography, color, composition, motion, and accessibility with WCAG knowledge
