About the role

What you’ll do

• Support health plan technology and delivery
• Manage product backlogs, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Translate business processes into technical requirements and solutions
• Coordinate technical dependencies and releases
• Work with engineering, architecture, integration, data, QA, security, infrastructure, and vendor teams
• Apply Agile/Scrum delivery practices

What you’ll need

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related discipline, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of technical product management, technology program management, application delivery, business systems, or similar experience
• 3+ years of healthcare/payer technology experience
• Experience with enterprise applications, integrations, APIs, data flows, and system architecture
• Strong Agile/Scrum delivery knowledge and experience managing product backlogs, features, user stories, acceptance criteria, technical dependencies, and releases
• Strong technical problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills; HealthEdge/HealthRules Payer or GuidingCare experience strongly preferred; CSPO or comparable product certification and PMP/PMI-ACP/SAFe/Scrum certification preferred
