Minimum 4 years of professional experience in visual, UI, interaction, or digital experience design
Portfolio demonstrating exceptional typography, layout, visual hierarchy, composition, brand application, and digital craft
Strong proficiency in Figma including components, variants, Auto Layout, prototyping, and organized production files
Hands-on experience building interactive experiences in Tiled or a comparable no-code platform
Experience defining user flows, navigation systems, interaction states, and non-linear content journeys
Working knowledge of accessibility principles and experience using generative AI tools ethically
