What you’ll do

What you’ll need
3+ years of talent acquisition experience with a focus on early-career or university recruiting
Must be based and work-authorized in the Midwest
Strong execution, focus, and operational excellence
Clear, concise, and humble communication with strong stakeholder management
Comfortable using candidate assessment tools, tracking metrics, and driving pipeline stand-ups
Experience recruiting for software, cloud, or technical consulting services and familiarity with Midwest universities
