About the role
LightFire Group is hiring an AI Integration & Automation Lead to connect LLMs and AI tools with business systems, build and maintain automated integrations, and train teams on new AI-powered workflows.
What you’ll do
Connect AI tools and LLMs to business systems and internal data
Design and maintain AI-powered automations and API integrations
Deliver leadership reporting on automations and integrations
Train team members to use new AI tools
Validate AI output and prevent inaccurate or hallucinated figures
Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, data science, or related field
3+ years building software integrations, automations, or internal business applications
Hands-on production experience integrating AI or LLMs into business systems
Daily hands-on use of LLM APIs such as OpenAI, Anthropic, or Google
Experience connecting business systems through REST APIs, webhooks, and OAuth
Working knowledge of Python or JavaScript and SQL
