About the role

What you’ll do
Run the Control-M product operating model from idea intake through release and retrospective
Manage quarterly planning cycles with engineering
Conduct stage-gated funding for new products or incubation bets
Administer Aha! including workspace configuration and ideas portals
Build operating metrics and reporting from product tools
Hold product managers and leaders to dates and inputs
What you’ll need
10+ years of product operations or program management experience in B2B software
Experience running product operations for product lines with on-premises and SaaS products
Hands-on administration of Aha! including workspace configuration and Jira integration
Experience in quarterly planning, PI planning, and stage-gated funding
Excellent written communication for executive review materials
Based in the US (Eastern time zone preferred)
