What you’ll do
Lead change management workstreams across enterprise transformation programs
Drive adoption of new operating models, processes, and technologies
Partner with program leaders, client stakeholders, and cross-functional teams
Develop OCM strategy, training, stakeholder engagement, communications, and readiness plans
Conduct change impact assessments and readiness evaluations
Deliver measurable business outcomes
What you’ll need
8–10+ years supporting OCM initiatives in large-scale transformation programs
10–12+ years leading full-scale OCM for SAP S/4HANA and/or SAP ECC programs
Experience with SAP Enable Now or WalkMe
Experience leading projects or workstreams within enterprise transformation programs
Proven client-facing consulting experience with strong collaboration skills
Strong facilitation, stakeholder management, and executive communication skills
