What you’ll do
Design, build, and scale backend systems using Java and Python
Integrate RAG and agentic AI architectures into production services
Apply spec-driven AI-assisted development and validate AI-generated code
Own problems end-to-end from design through implementation, testing, and production support
Mentor junior engineers and raise code quality through reviews
Collaborate within Agile/Scrum teams
What you’ll need
7+ years of hands-on software development experience
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
Strong expertise in Java and Python with production-grade backend development
Mandatory experience with spec-driven AI-assisted development and AI coding tools such as Cursor or Claude Code
Mandatory hands-on experience with RAG architectures and agentic AI systems
Strong fundamentals in data structures, algorithms, OOP, design patterns, system design, databases, Unix/Linux, REST APIs, microservices, and distributed systems
