About the role
Justrite Safety Group is hiring a Senior Business Systems Analyst to support and enhance its Infor XA ERP environment on IBM AS400, bridging business requirements with system capabilities and leading upgrades for manufacturing processes.
What you’ll do
Provide functional and technical support for Infor XA ERP environment on IBM AS400
Bridge business requirements with system capabilities
Support manufacturing and related business processes
Lead ERP upgrades and process improvements
What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
10+ years of hands-on experience with Infor XA ERP on AS400
Strong knowledge of all XA green screen modules (Manufacturing, Finance, Supply Chain, Inventory, Sales, Purchasing)
Development experience on AS400/iSeries with CL, RPG, SQL
Experience with Powerlink, Netlink, Infor XA upgrades, and manufacturing business processes
Proficiency in MS Office, IT ticketing systems (SolarWinds/JIRA), integration middleware, and reporting/BI tools
