About the role
Cutera is hiring a Senior Staff Product Manager to lead the strategy and lifecycle of energy-based medical devices, translating customer and clinical needs into product requirements and coordinating cross-functional development, regulatory, and launch activities.
What you’ll do
Define, develop, commercialize, and manage lifecycle of energy-based medical devices
Translate customer and clinical needs into product strategy and requirements
Coordinate cross-functional development, regulatory, quality, and launch activities
What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or related field
8-13+ years in product management, product development, or engineering
Experience developing and commercializing FDA-regulated medical devices
Experience taking products from concept through development, regulatory clearance, and launch
Experience with energy-based medical devices (laser, RF, IPL, light, ultrasound, microwave)
Experience with IEC 60601, IEC 60825, ISO 14971, IEC 62366 and FDA 510(k) submissions
