About the role
PitchBook seeks a Manager to lead its Salesforce Administration function, overseeing platform reliability, scalability, and operational excellence while combining hands-on administration with team leadership and cross-functional partnership.
What you’ll do
Lead and manage the Salesforce Administration team, including hiring, coaching, and performance management
Ensure reliability, scalability, and operational excellence of Salesforce and related GTM systems
Oversee release management, governance, and platform health in a complex GTM environment
Support integrations, cross-system workflows, and incident management
Partner with stakeholders to scope solutions and guide trade-off decisions
Drive adoption of AI-enabled GTM workflows and tools
What you’ll need
5+ years of Salesforce Administrator experience with deep expertise in declarative configuration, automation, and data management
Active Salesforce Certified Administrator credential; additional certifications a plus
2+ years of experience directly managing CRM administrators
Experience with Salesforce DevOps/CI/CD tools such as Gearset or Copado
Experience supporting platform health, release management, integrations, and incident management
Must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
