About the role
Greenberg Traurig seeks a Technology & AI Learning Specialist to design and deliver technical training on AI-integrated resources and internal legal applications for attorneys and staff in a hybrid Atlanta-based role.
What you’ll do
Deliver technical learning programs on AI integrated resources and internal legal applications
Collaborate with stakeholders to create engaging training materials
Facilitate onboarding programs
What you’ll need
5 years of experience in a training environment, preferably in a professional services organization
Proven proficiency in delivering technology training programs in-person and virtually
Strong technical and project management skills
Proficient in instructional design
Strong technical knowledge of MS Office 365, iManage or similar, and BigHand or similar
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills in English
