About the role
Comcast is seeking a Senior Product Manager to define and deliver connected protection products for households, including smart home security, cybersecurity, and family safety. The role combines product strategy, customer insight, data analysis, and cross-functional execution to bring products to market and improve them at scale.
What you’ll do
Define product strategy and roadmap for connected protection products
Translate customer needs into feature requirements and a prioritized product backlog
Partner with design and engineering to provide clear direction on the what and why
Measure feature impact and use data to inform future product decisions
Synthesize research, data, and customer conversations to define problems and solutions
Lead end-to-end product delivery using agile development and experimentation
What you’ll need
3-5 years of product management or product marketing experience
Consumer-facing mobile app background
Ability to lead end-to-end delivery of high-quality products using agile and experimentation
Data literate and comfortable with data analysis
Customer-centric, self-motivated, and quick learning mindset
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent business experience
