About the role

What you’ll do
Serve as subject matter expert for implementation methodologies and integration best practices
Guide implementation teams and consulting partners
Develop scalable standards and learning programs
Improve quality and consistency of customer integrations
Partner with Product Management to influence product direction
Drive adoption of new implementation standards
What you’ll need
5+ years implementing enterprise SaaS solutions with technical integrations
Deep understanding of API-based integrations, ETL, and system-to-system integration architectures
Experience with Python or Java in implementation environments
Experience building or standardizing implementation methodologies
Demonstrated experience enabling, mentoring, or training consultants or partners
Strong consulting presence and excellent communication skills
