What you’ll do
Lead US employment disputes and litigation

Build employment frameworks, playbooks, policies, and training
Partner with legal and HR colleagues globally
Run matters through agencies and courts and direct external counsel
Exercise discretion and sound judgment on sensitive and confidential matters
What you’ll need
7+ years of employment law experience in house or at a law firm
Strong US employment litigation experience
Admitted to practice in the United States and in good standing
Fluent in English, written and spoken
In-house mindset with business-focused advice
Comfortable working autonomously and as the only employment lawyer in region
