What you’ll do

Support resource allocation and schedule coordination

Develop reports and maintain documentation for operational metrics and KPIs
Translate operational needs into scheduling solutions
Coordinate scheduling across operational teams and management
What you’ll need
U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain and maintain Public Trust clearance
Bachelor's degree and 5 years' experience, or Master's degree and 3 years', or Associate's degree and 7 years', or HS diploma with 9 years' experience
Experience in project management and scheduling with proficiency in Primavera P6
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience with ERP systems
Experience developing reports and maintaining documentation for operational metrics and KPIs
Direct FAA or NAS configuration management experience and familiarity with NextGen/NAS environments
