About the role
AAA Central Penn is seeking a Business Analyst to partner with Finance and business leaders, transforming financial and operational data into insights that support strategy and performance. The role involves reporting, budgeting, forecasting, modeling, and communicating findings through dashboards, presentations, and executive summaries.
What you’ll do
Support reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling
Provide recommendations based on financial and operational data
Communicate findings via dashboards, presentations, and executive summaries
Turn business questions into metrics and meaningful visuals
Partner with Finance and business leaders on strategy and performance
Ensure accuracy and quality in analysis
What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
2–4 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or business analysis
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Advanced Excel skills and strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365
Ability to explain complex analysis clearly to non-financial audiences
Strong organization and time-management skills in a hybrid environment
