About the role
Charlie Health is seeking a Staff Product Manager to lead the non-clinical client experience, owning product strategy and outcomes across intake, scheduling, support, engagement, and aftercare while shaping AI-powered client support and communications products. What you’ll do
Lead non-clinical client experience across intake, scheduling, support, engagement, and aftercare
Own product strategy, roadmap, and outcomes for client-facing products
Lead a cross-functional product pod
Shape AI-powered client support and communications products
What you’ll need
6+ years of product management experience, ideally on consumer-facing or digital health products
Track record shipping AI/LLM-powered products, including agent design, evals, and vendor trade-offs
Experience building 0→1 products and defining ambiguous areas
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence senior stakeholders
Strong analytical skills with SQL/BI tools, plus excellent written communication with PRDs and strategy docs
Work authorized in the United States and native or bilingual English proficiency
